Ron Henderson was one of the earliest proponents of buyer agency—and one of the earliest members of REBAC. He was first introduced to the concept in 1989, while managing a Merrill Lynch Realty office. Convinced that it was the next strong business model, he opened his own company, Fidelis Exclusive Buyer Advantage, in 1993. In 2000, Ron served as President of the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents (NAEBA), during which time he worked in partnership with REBAC Executive Director Janet Branton to form professional ties between the two organizations. A former member of the U.S. Coast Guard, Ron loves to fish and competes in bass fishing tournaments.
